16th & McGavock was designed to become the first phase of the Demonbreun Hill redevelopment. The site was approved and designed for Publix’s first urban concept in Nashville, with a residential tower above. The design included 202 residential units, 28,000 sf grocery store and 490 structured parking spaces.
