First look at Hillsboro Village project
The developers behind a mixed-use project planned in Hillsboro Village have released the first image of the project after a Monday meeting with the neighborhood’s design review committee.
Though representatives for Elmington Capital stressed they do not yet have a timeline for the project, their planned building will include approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, 24,000 square feet of office space and 28 residential units at the 2111 Belcourt Ave. site opposite the Belcourt Theatre.
Project architect Southeast Venture has submitted a conceptual site plan and rendering (pictured above) for review by both the neighborhood design committee and the Metro Nashville Planning Department.
Further details for the project are not yet being released, as “it is too early in the design and approval phase to announce development plans,” as one project spokesperson wrote to the Post.
